Freedom in Faith
Romans 3:23 states that “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;” meaning every person is inherently flawed and separated from a Holy God.
The Problem of Sin:
Romans 6:23 reveals that “For the wages of sin is death;” but contrasts this by offering "but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
The Penalty for Sin:
Romans 5:8 demonstrates God's love for humanity: “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”
God's Solution:
Romans 10:9 explains that to be saved, “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”
Our Response:
Romans 10:13 provides assurance of eternal life forever in Heaven with God. “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
